Gonzalez Business Solutions, based in Monrovia, is looking for Sales Associates to get on the ground floor of a growing company.Come work for a unique company that focuses on: -Website Hosting -VoIP Phone Service -Social Media -Social Advertising -Design and DevelopmentExperience in the above a plus!Responsibilities: -Research contacts using LinkedIn and other online resources - Email prospective clients to schedule first meetings and calls - Sales background and proven ability to convert leads to closes - Ability to develop deep knowledge of our product and customer needs - Strong communication and customer service backgroundPosition Qualifications: -Must have at least 2 years in B2B sales -Must be able to manage all clients big or small with precise accuracy -Must be willing and able to help the company grow and meet goals in a timely manner -Adept with best practices in database marketing and direct marketing principles -Database agency management (good understanding of data filtering management, manipulation, delivery) -Strong communication/Interpersonal skills -High energy and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and work well under pressure and tight deadlines -Excellent written and oral communication skills -Team player with a positive, can-do attitude; must be comfortable with continuously changing opportunities and priorities -Strong computer skills (if you type with 2 index fingers do not apply) -The ability to work from your home without distractionHours & Location - M-F 8am-5pm - Monrovia and surrounding citiesEducation Qualifications: -Must have a High School DiplomaCompensation: -Stage 1 - Commission Only - 25% of all sales -Stage 2 - Commission + Base -Stage 3 - Salary + BenefitsStage 1 is your probationary period where you will be monitored closely. This stage can last between one week and three months. The better you sell, the sooner you will be promoted to Stage 2. Stage 3 is management status, reserved for the best sellers.All Stage 1 commissions are 25% of revenue... our Solutions range from $120 to $2,250. Our products (website design, advertisement design, etc) range from $600 to $10,000.
